Was a very high quality hotel. Good amenities in the room. The restaurant in the evening was superb. Easy to get the tram into town just walking over the bridge. Lovely hotel.

I requested a late check out in advanced and was advised to process this request at check in. I attempted to do so but never got a firm answer. I came back to the front desk to speak to another member of staff who was excellent and sorted it on the spot. I paid the relevant charges. The following day, from 12 noon, we were constantly disturbed by hotel staff. I then received a call advising whether I was aware of check out times! I asked whether they were aware that i had paid for a late check out the previous day. I asked why the system wasnt updated. Apart from this disappointment, everything else was great.
