"Loved everything about the stay.
Only problem I had... we didn't know about the James Cook Arcade lift to take you up to the hotel. So we walked all the way around the loop with our luggage.
I am 75 and it was a bit tough."

"We had room 825 which was upstairs with a spa bath. Lovely views of the beach and plenty of room.
Only complaint would be the towels were looking a bit old and Grey with some stains. Definitely need to be upgraded.
Otherwise would definitely recommend. We stayed here for an event in Wellington, easy access to trains or busses into town"
