The room was old and dated, lack of cleaning apparent throughout. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very good, reasonable price, clean, good location but two things are not good.. 1. Poor breakfast 2. Rooms needs to supply with slippers... Other things are very good.

Short stay okay

Check-in a little bit slow but still not too bad. Room is getting more and more worn between the stays. Bathroom door broken on the back side, holes in the linens. Maintenance is not done as much as needed which I fully understand in these times. Although I like the hotel in general and the location.

Good hotel

Front desk very helpful and service minded. Room nice, simple but good standard. Only negative is few electrical outlets in the room, especially by the bed that didn't have any spare. Breakfast only two choices and service a little bit slow. Overall a good hotel.

Staff very helpful, room and hotel clean, no complaints whatsoever. Location not great as there are no restaurants etc close by, hotel has a decent restaurant though. Quite convenient for the airport, but still a 20min taxi ride.

“Neuf très propre et de qualité”

En dehors de la ville mais à proximité du centre cial Radison .Cet hotel est très récent tout est quasiment neuf les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées. Equipement très complet (café bouilloire sèche-cheveux très grand lit )il y a même une salle de sport .En voiture c'est top il est à proximité d'un trés grand centre commercial Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Un seul bémol la climatisation bruyante .

So much for someones word

Asked for late check out flying 24 hours back to denver, they normally check out noon, asked for 1 oclock. 12:30 i get a call u need to check out. Same person who gave me 1 oclock check out rushed got down 1240 they said extra charge now for checking out late. Argued to no avail. Wont be going back really a dump, i got last room checking in 8pm charge was 100 usd when normal rate was 45. In middle of now where, full because of wedding..congrats..wont be back..

Prisvärt och trevligt hotell.

Nyare, prisvärt hotell med lagom stora rum. Gångavstånd till Central Plaza (5-7min). Sängarna är något hårda, som vanligt på billigare hotel i Thailand. Typisk Thailändsk hotellfrukost, ris och nudlerätter, kycklingkorv, skinka, kaffe, juice och rostbröd. Ingen västerländsk frukost. Kommer att boka detta hotel vid min nästa vistelse i Surat Thani.

ห้องพักได้มาตรฐาน แอร์แย่มาก ไม่ว่าจะปรับอุณหภูมิที่24องศาหรือที่30องศา ก็หนาวสั่นระดับเดียวกัน แจ้งให้ช่างมาดู ก็ยังเหมือนเดิม ทำให้ต้องเปิดและปิดเป็นช่วงๆอยู่ตลอดเวลา อาหารเช้าพอทานได้ ไม่มีอะไรน่าประทับใจ เก็บเงินค่าประกันคีย์การ์ด 500บาท ไม่มีความจำเป็นเลย โดยรวมแล้ว ชอบWiFiที่ดีมากอยู่อย่างเดียว อย่างอื่นเฉยๆ ไม่เกิดความประทับใจค่ะ
