Located on the center place of a tiny village in a real “palazzo”, we enjoyed the peacefulness, the charm of the place, the high ceilings of the rooms, the friendly staff and the small swimming pool. But what made it very special for us was the “feeling home atmosphere” because of the ability to sit around in different areas, in the garden, in the communal living room or in a “salon”. "Un séjour dans cette maison d'hôte, dans un parc d'orangers, permet d'apprécier le charme des palais Italiens. Le rez-de-chaussée date du milieu du 18eme siècle, l'étage a été construit au milieu du 19eme. Chambres et salle commune très spacieuses, très hautes de plafond, avec des décorations (peintures) qui vous plongent dans l'époque. Petite piscine très agréable. "Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ad ottobre presso Masseria Fracchicchi, ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La masseria è immersa nella tranquilla campagna salentina, un luogo di pace e natura dove staccare completamente dalla città. La nostra camera era splendida, pulitissima, e l’atmosfera autentica e rilassante ci ha conquistati. "Posto eccezionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e tenuto benissimo. La stanza è spaziosa con bagno privato, pulita e ben arredata. Ogni stanza è anche dotata di tavolino all’esterno e di uno stendino. La colazione si fa in una sala dove il proprietario è disponibile ad ogni tua esigenza. Ogni mattina brioches fresche e un ricco banchetto per ogni gusto. Il personale disponibile e gentilissimo, ci mette il cuore e si vede. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e quando è arrivato il momento di andarsene...

"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "
