Welcome to Irie Vibes!

Welcome to Irie Vibes!. Irie (eye-ree) is Jamaican English meaning the ultimate positive, joyful and happy, the way you feel when you have no worries.

Irie Vibes is located on the 4th row on Brunswick Ave. W. There is a private beach access 428 feet from the front door. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer.

Our renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a "play room" with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes.

Our home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee.

We had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard.

Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. NEW: There is a fee of $100 to add pool heat to your reservation during these months. If the temperature drops below 55 degrees, we will not be able to heat the pool. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL! There is a picnic table and outdoor furniture along with extra covered space underneath the house and a bar with a 65" tv.

Wonderful place!

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach. We had an amazing time staying at this beach house rental. It was exactly as described. The pool with the outdoor bar area was so nice. This house had everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is exactly as pictured. Pool and surrounding area was great to use. The pool bar was fun to use, and there is a gas grill available. The kitchen is really well equipped and we had everything needed to cook for the whole family. The property is a short walk from the beach. We would love to stay here again should we have the opportunity.

Love this place!

This was our second stay at this property. You cannot beat the location—it’s a super short walk to the beach. The backyard is amazing—large pool, bar, tv and speakers make for great poolside afternoons. This property is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Plus, dog friendly! Cannot beat it.

The outdoor pool and bar area was by far our favorite. The rooms were spacious and served well for our family. I loved that they had pet amenities available (bowls, dog bed). It was a nice surprise.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

A little piece of paradise

We love Irie Vibes! This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back! Lynn and Alan are the perfect hosts and the house has everything you need to feel at home. We spent most of our time by the the gorgeous pool area. It was the perfect getaway.

Amazing beach house!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Irie Vibes, and it was just as wonderful as the first! A very well appointed and comfortable beach home with a beautiful large pool and a very short walk to the beach. Any questions or concerns we had were very quickly handled by the owners. The Perfect Family Beach Week

Cannot say enough good things about Irie Vibes! Our family had the absolute best time! The outside area is perfect for the kids and adults- we could hardly keep the kids out of the pool! The location to the beach could not have been easier to access and the kitchen was well stocked and easy for everyone to move around! The owners were very responsive! 10/10 recommend!!

Well stocked kitchen as well as pool and beach supplies. Large pool. Pool heater worked well. My only suggestion would be to have the 'no dogs in the pool' rule in the property details so you know that before you get there.

Ireie Vibes family vacation

We had such a great stay here! House was clean and well equipped. My family of 12 fit comfortably. Pool was clean and a good size and just a short walk to the beach. Owners are very nice and quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things, truly. We loved our time here and are looking forward to being able to stay again!

Irie Vibes

This is a wonderful property. Host are exceptional with quick responses. House is stocked with complete kitchen, including all spices. Garage equiped with a plethora of beach and pool chairs, umbrellas, floats and bar is awesome touch. Two great local restaurants on the island. We had a great vacation!
