A true boater’s paradise, the property features a 40-foot dock along the Intracoastal Waterway—perfect for boating enthusiasts and sunset watchers alike. Covered decks provide the ideal vantage point to take in waterway views while enjoying the coastal air.

Beach access is conveniently located near the Holden Beach pier, between 441 & 445 OBW.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
