Enjoy stunning views of the marsh and waterway at Old Man & The Sea, a charming second-row home perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with family. The inverted floor plan provides spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Covered front and back porches offer the perfect spots to unwind, enjoy the breeze, or take in the scenery. Thoughtfully furnished and decorated, this home combines comfort and coastal charm. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected, and beach access is just six houses down, between 883 & 885 OBW.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit to help get your vacation started. Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.

Renewed Tradition

Our family has been vacationing at Holden for over 20 years- 15 at the same rental property. That house sold and the new owners do not rent. As our family has grown, we have been searching for a new rental that accommodates our family of 11. We found it with Old Man and the Sea!! Well equipped, comfortable home to keep our tradition going for the future. Easy rental process and check-in. We hope to enjoy more family time here in future years.

Lovely home and marsh view

Family of 6 adults stayed for Thanksgiving week. Comfortable home for all of us. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking our Thanksgiving food. Thanks so much!

Company that rent this property is rude and can’t do their job

Worst experience ever, I don’t know how you guys can work with this company people that works there is rude don’t have any customer experience. The beach is really pretty but this company is the worst fell sorry for the person that owns this property
