Dune Deck North - Duplex - Oceanfront Classic in Gated Community!

Dune Deck South is a pristine oceanfront classic located near the front of the privately gated and exclusive HBW community. This elegant duplex offers an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together, with mirrored North and South units that provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Each level has its own outside entry, and both kitchens are beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Spacious family rooms open to shaded porches and a sundeck, creating inviting spaces to relax and take in the ocean air. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway leading directly to Holden Beach’s wide, world-class shoreline. Additional features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
- Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals.
- A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and South together) during Prime Season. A $100 discount on the total rental fee is offered when both units are rented together outside of Prime Season.

The place it tightly positioned between many houses. It's a duplex and that comes with hearing the people upstairs, a lot. The walkway to the beach isn't in great condition. We left a day early.

Nice location

Property was in a great location within the gated community. Beach and neighborhood were excellent for walking and morning runs. The property itself needed some inside attention. Multiple light bulbs needed replacing and not a well stocked kitchen. Additionally multiple beds only had a thin blanket, no bedspread. There were also dead bugs (the large palmetto type bugs) on the floor upon arrival. The deck and outside shower areas were really nice. We had a great stay however would likely not use this rental company again. Upon arrival we received a call accusing us of moving a grill that was on the deck when we got to the property. Customer service with the rental company was disappointing.
