This is a beautiful second-row house with private beach access just steps away! This four-bedroom, three-bath home is beautifully decorated, with central heat and air, newly redecorated and open living and dining areas with lots of seating, a well-equipped kitchen, and new living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen has a microwave, a brand new dishwasher, an assortment of small appliances that include a single-serving Keurig, a 12-pot drip coffee maker, and a slow cooker. Other amenities include a brand new washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, Cable TVs with streaming access, a Blu-ray player, and an electric fireplace! For relaxing ocean or marsh views, there are a total of four sundecks with a table and chairs. You will also find an enclosed outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and an easy beach access.
