There are two buildings. The larger three or four-story building has been updated and is beautiful and great. The other single level building is older but clean.

We were given a room that had.a problem with a broken box spring and a TV that wasn’t working… and the room had no phone, but when I called the front desk with my cell they moved us into a room that met our needs perfectly! Nice clean Accomodations in small town Nebraska.

Sheets were dirty when we got there so had to get new sheets at 10 pm. Our bathroom door didn't shut all the way so there wasn't any privacy. Hotel seemed empty but they put people in room right next to us that were loud at 1 am. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps the strong message while making it more professional and readable: --- Review: The only motel/hotel in town, but I won’t be staying here again. Upon arrival, I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone greeted me—no apology was offered for the delay. The room itself was unacceptable: bugs crawling on the floor, a toilet that kept running unless I jiggled the handle, and only a single sheet on the bed. I had no choice but to use the old wool blanket, which felt unwashed and unpleasant. After a restless night, I went to the lobby at 7 AM to check out and asked for coffee. The owner acted inconvenienced and told me it would take 10 minutes. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. Next time, I’ll gladly drive 20 miles out of town for a clean and welcoming place.

Had no pets, Furniture was dusty, Original site for booking was a scam. Had to call credit card to cancel, then had to re-book on-site. Had to contact management in person three times to reprogram television, there was no in room telephone to contact management. Management was very cooperative and courteous on each encounter. Water, juice and coffee with crackers and poptarts available to rentors.

The beds were adequate. The pillows were awful. The picture showed a nice two story facility. We were put in an old room, old furniture, in a strip motel behind the pictured property. TV was small and not hooked up. They did come in and onstall ruku so it finally worked.

Unfortunately this property is the only game in town. I had booked a two bed room and they told me I could only have a one bed room that nothing was available. When I complained a room happened to be available for an extra $30 cash I only had $28 in cash and they took it. The hotel is old nothing is updated. They said the hotel was full there were no cars in the parking lot and the next morning there was only about five cars in the parking lot so that was not true either.

The room was filthy. No maid service while we were there. Office manager pointed to where we could get fresh towels and garbage bags.. He helps you in his socks. Awful!!! There was no other place we could have stayed while visiting family. Never again.
