This property was absolutely amazing! Very comfortable with plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out - both inside and outside. We loved the beautiful sunsets over spirit mountain, well equipped outdoor space with paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing equipment, proximity Billings park , plenty of chairs for around the fire and grill etc. The indoor pool and game areas were such a treat. The property managers were extremely responsive and promptly addressed and questions or concerns we had. We hope to return to this home again in the future, highly recommend.

Family gathering

The whole family enjoyed every part of the house because it rained 3 out of 5 days. The pool was wonderful and the game rooms and cinema room were fantastic. The pool could have been warmer, it was chilly. We will definitely be staying again and recommend it to others. Even old people can play air hockey.

Amazing Place

This place was fantastic in every way! Lots of room and incredible views of Spirit Mountain. We gathered two families together to share a weekend of memories. Absolutely would stay here again.

Ski Weekend - 3 Families

3 Friends from college, our husbands and 8 teenagers had a blast at this property. Skied Spirit Mountain for two days then enjoyed allthat this property had to offer - pool, sauna, movie area, game room etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a wonderful time.

Family Fun!

Big house with a great view.

Family gathering. Kids loved the pool and the large recliners in the movie area. Bunk beds were nice but need some ladders help getting into the upper bed area. There is a second fridge/freezer in the basement game room which was nice to have for extra food items.

Big family vacation

This was a wonderful setting for grandparents to gather with kids and grandkids. We loved the pool, game room, outdoor setting, and gathering around the kitchen and table for meals and memories. Awesome place for a large family gathering!

Great Family Fun!

We had family and friends for our daughter’s wedding and it was just perfect. The gathering spaces are great for large groups but still makes you feel at home. The views are beautiful. Lots of fun stuff for all ages to enjoy!

Amazing house

Absolutely gorgeous property with a ton of room and entertainment options. The door code wasn't sent with the initial access email, but the owner was very quick to respond and we got in with no problem. A brilliant place to stay with a large group. Recommended and would stay there again.

brought a group of 18 high school students and 9 adult leaders. First time we had a place that even better the the photos. Easy to find, great location on the river with tons to do. Great spaces to gather.

Perfect for the whole family

This property was so perfect for our extended family gathering. There is something for everyone. Plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for everyone. The waterfront is lovely and the pool was so fun for the kids. Everything is well stocked and super clean. We will be back!

Extended Family getaway

Beautiful, large house in a great location with a beautiful view and fabulous amenities. The kids stayed busy playing ping pong, air hockey and swimming in the pool. The adults loved spending time in the large, spacious kitchen cooking meals and going on walks on the trails along the water.

This property was perfect for my extended family of 14. Everyone enjoyed the pool, games in the game room and movies in the cinema room. It was nice that all of our family was able to sit at the table together. The location next to the park and walking trail was fun for all ages.

Exceptional getaway !

This place had everything and the location was spectacular! We were able to travel everywhere we wanted in less than an hour. Canal Park was 15 minutes away only. Our kids LOVED the pool and sauna. We got to kayak out back and utilize the fire pit. We found ourselves gathering in the kitchen a lot as it was so beautiful and well stocked. All pots and pans and extras were here for us to prepare meals. The decor is adorable! The kids loved the game room And the adults utilized the coffee bar. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone with a large group for their stay in the Duluth/Superior area!

Hidden Gem

For several years we have treated our adult children, spouses and grandchildren to a weekend where we can just enjoy each other’s company and have the little cousins play together. This property fulfilled all of our needs. It’s spacious and has several beautiful bedrooms as well as an area where the kids could sleep and play in the lower level. The pool was a huge hit and they all loved air hockey and ping pong. We hiked four miles at Pattison State Park, kayaked, fished and had a campfire. The host is incredibly generous with amenities making this our family’s favorite of all the places we have stayed. This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. It’s every bit as stunning as the pictures.

What's not to love?

Great interior, beautiful views and exterior, plenty of space and things to do. A few suggestions (minor tweaks): 1. Add sound absorbing material on walls/ceilings. 2. Add more grit to the flooring on the pool. A couple of slippery spots where little kids fell. 3. Service electric shades - not all are operational. Would definitely recommend to large families.

Family Time

Overall, the house was great. We had everything we needed and more. We were close to Bentleyville which we all loved. It was an unseasonably warm weekend in early December so we had a bonfire and were able to enjoy some of the outdoors except for the grills which need some cleaning. The views out back were beautiful. The pool did need some attention as well. It appeared the chemicals were off and the water was rather green so we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the pool. Other than that the rooms were spacious and clean. And the house was plenty big enough for a large group with lots of activities and things to do.

Pleasant but not perfect

When paying such a large dollar amount for a stay, I expect perfection. The property had amazing spaces - living areas, bedrooms, outdoor patio, pool, etc. I also very much appreciated an early check-in that really helped us out with some important plans we had for that evening. On the flip side, there were blinds that didn't work in one of the bedrooms, a non-working griddle, garbage found under couches/bunk beds, and garbage in the recycling bins that we had to disperse to the garbage dumpster so there was room for our recycling. It was also frustrating to have the cleaning person arrive a few minutes before 10am when check-out time was 10:30am. As a VRBO property owner myself, I prefer when a guest messages me issues privately so I can apologize and resolve them. Oftentimes we don't know unless someone says something. I sent a message about these issues to the property manager the day we checked out but received no response so I'm not sure if they will be addressed. The cost to stay did not add up to a similar value.

A few issues

Since it was hot during our week there, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been appreciated. The handyman came a couple days after we arrived and we were happy to have him tighten the wobbly kitchen sink faucet and especially to fix the master bedroom outside metal shade to let light and air get into that room. The first time we ran the dishwasher, the dishes did not come out clean . We investigated the drain/filter and found it to be full of sludge-apparently it had not been cleaned for months. Cleaning that and the sprayer arms took a couple hours. Then we regularly washed out the filter in order to keep the dishwasher doing its job of cleaning the dishes. Another issue was the shortage of hot water for showers (necessary due to hot weather) and for the operation of the dishwasher. All that written, we very much enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, TV, and especially the pool. Grounds were very pretty and clean.
