Excellent staff: Theresa took excellent care of us with getting nice tables, SPA, etc. Hung took extra care to handle our luggage, checkout, exchange money, and all questions. "Employees attitude were good and polite but lack of expertise skill especially when it comes to solve the potentials escalations! Properties & facilities were old and poorly maintenance. My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! The balcony locks were something old and rusty hang up on a screw driver and it was not safety at all! Main dining room with a poor selections of food..! I do not recommend to stay at this property!"

"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property. So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."
