"In town with sister for an overnight trip. Deshawn at the front desk greeted us and was absolutely so pleasant and friendly, both at check in and at check out. He is really one of the best front desk associates I've encountered at any Best Western, or hotel in general. The room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants as well as getting off/on the interstate. Felt safe. Left the car at the hotel and took a Lyft to our event at First Horizon Center. Breakfast was a little light compared to other Best Westerns, but it was sufficient. Deshawn explained that they are waiting on the certificate license, and once they have that, the hot breakfast will be back. Would stay again."

"The property was a converted Days Inn that was horrible then and continues to be that way. Dont let the high satisfaction rating fool you. The security locks were broken , hallways smelled from smoking and the outside lights were non-existent. While I waited to check in, i noticed that everyone paid with cash. I was in my room for exactly 15 minutes before I reserved a room at another hotel 25 minutes away. Please stay away, this hotel is a problem. When it was a Days Inn, its rating was generally 3.6 to 4.2 out of 10. In the two weeks as a Rodeway Inn, it has an 8.0 rating. Big mistake..."

"Everything was so amazing"

"The hotel was clean and easy to get to from the highway. This was probably the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. Comfy beds! It was updated, clean, smelled good when you walked in. The breakfast was good and appreciated the yummy coffee! The only issue (which we didn't mention because we truly weren't there long enough) was the mold in the shower. We only used it to basically rinse off and we just put a washcloth over it."

"It’s a worn down hotel but room was clean as were the sheets. Checked in late and left early- didn’t need much. Appreciated location and price. But not ideal. Get what you paid for."

"Hotel is getting a little " tired " in some areas.Needs to be updated. Staff were Ok but room had an empty Kleenex box and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. Housekeeping should do a better job of that."

"The room was very tired. We stayred a 3 Fairfield Inns on our recent trip. All seemed tired and old. I like Marriott hotels but will likely try other newer brands in the future."
