  • This beautiful two-bedroom condo is perfect for any occasion! Located on the third floor in River Creek II. This two-bedroom villa features 2 Queen beds in bedroom one and 2 Queen beds in bedroom two, each with a spacious bathroom attached. This unit is accessible by stairs only; no elevator in the building.

    When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
    All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



    All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

    Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

    Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

    Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
