- Welcome to Sunset Seaclusion II located in beautiful Sunset Beach, NC. Brand new to the rental market, this recently updated 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo is perfect for a couple looking to escape to the beach. The small deck is perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. There are 2 pools (1 outdoor, 1 indoor), jacuzzi and a small gym located within walking an easy 2 minutes from the front door. This is a 2nd floor unit with staircase but no elevator access. The 2nd floor is an easy, 14 step climb with a landing.
We are located directly across the street from the intercoastal and 3 miles to toes in the sand! Calabash, the Seafood Capital of the World, is only 2.5 miles away with amazing restaurants and shopping including Callahan's which is a shopping experience that you certainly don't want to miss! North Myrtle Beach is a 20 minute drive with tons of restaurants and shopping all along the way. Barefoot Landing is about 30 minutes and Broadway At the Beach is about 40 minutes. Both of these destinations provide multiple eating options and lots of shopping and strolling. Downtown Wilmington is worth the drive of about 1 hour away. Southport, NC is about 50 minutes away and it's the perfect quant destination for a nice day of strolling a historical area.

Our recent updates include all new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new ceiling fans with remotes, new TVs, and new appliances. Plantation shutters in both the family room and bedroom allow for lots of natural light but also the option to fully close off for privacy.
