Escape to this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house located on the West Side of Sunset Beach, where comfort meets coastal charm. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or a peaceful retreat, this clean and airy home offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and laid-back beach vibes. Highlights include: 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, large living area, screened in porch, outdoor living area with TV, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and crow's nest to view the ocean! This house is just a short stroll to the sand, surf, and stunning sunsets that give Sunset Beach its name.

Trash pick-up is Wednesday and Saturday. Have all bins to the road Tuesday and Friday night.
There is a food collection service at the Sunset Vacation parking lot on Saturday morning. You can give any opened/unopened food to them. It is for a local food bank.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Highly recommend, one of the best homes we have stayed in on Sunset beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and relaxing sitting area in den. Screened porch is the perfect place to start and end the day. Great location with short walk to the beach. Host is very helpful. We are looking forward to another visit!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

This house was perfect for our family! There were so many thoughtful amenities that made our week hassle and worry free. Marianne is a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The house is a short walk to the beach and she has all the beach essentials you need. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

This is the perfect beach vacation house! It is an easy walk to the beach, the pier, ice cream shops… everything! The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived, hosts were easy to communicate with, and check-in was easy. We came with our three children and two dogs. Each child had a room, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there is a washer and dryer inside the home. The owners left water bowls, dog beds, and other perks for our fur-babies, also. Sunset Beach is a very quiet, family friendly beach and this house made it even more enjoyable! Definitely will be back!
