  • Ya-nita Break? Come to the quiet neighborhood of Long Acres nestled between Laurie and Sunrise Beach at the 38MM, paved roads all the way to the driveway.
    This one bedroom, one bath home is the perfect couples and/or fisherman's retreat. Walk the neighborhood with ease or relax on the big covered porch and watch the deer roam in the front yard.
    Take a swim in the quiet cove, just a small walk down the driveway to your semi private ramp. Walk right in the water, no climbing stairs or dodging rocks. Bring your life jackets, kayaks, paddle boards, lawn chairs down to the water and relax for the day. Plenty of uncovered boat and/or ATV parking at the homes lot. There are 3 marinas for boat launching minutes from the property. The property has a security surveillance outside for your peace of mind when leaving your toys at the home while you go enjoy the restaurants/bars and nightly entertainment.
