Waterfront Sunrise Beach Lake House!
Let your lake vacation begin at this beautiful, newly renovated lakefront Lake of the Ozark gem! Featuring a 14x40 boat slip, paddle boat, kayaks, swim dock and so much more to make your stay at the lake spectacular! Back at the house, you will find everything you need to continue the fun when the water play is over, including a fire pit, BBQ grill, furnished deck, fully equipped kitchen, board games, an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room combo, plus an area downstairs for the kids!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

Wonderful quiet place to stay
We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The home was the perfect size for us, absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet cove where we could enjoy the water without the crowds. Our kids enjoyed lots of animal sightings as well. The management company was vert friendly and quick to respond and provide needed information. Everything was seamless. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Enjoyable vacation home inside and out
We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen and the dock were our favorite features, which is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, appliances, cups, etc. The kayaks and paddleboat were highly used and there was plenty of space and seating on the dock for our party of 12. The main bedrooms were comfortable, well maintained, and spacious. We ended up not using the bunk room off the porch because it was a little too rustic for our picky teens, but would probably be appreciated by kiddos who enjoy camping. Only two bathrooms can be tough with a larger group, but we made it work. The owners were also super responsive, dropping off trash bags within 30 minutes when we realized we were out of them. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend the property to others and stay here again.
