About this property

LAKE OF THE OZARKS-SPRING FISHING NOW- GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND PLAY.

  • We are located at the back of a large, quiet cove for perfect swimming off the dock. Interior of our home has been renovated and updated for total relaxation and enjoyment of the lake. The deck is the full length of the house with plenty of beautiful trees for shade and privacy. The dock directly in front of the house has a large 12' x 32' covered slip with a 22' x 24' deck under roof with a 16'x16' swim platform. Free use of the paddle boat and fire pit (firewood supplied). Gas and charcoal grills provided. Circle driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars with additional parking on the second tier, along with boat trailer parking. Large swim mat for your enjoyment.
