The buildings are just 20 feet apart, connected by a sidewalk, and are rented exclusively to your group.

Family Gathering

This beautifully decorated home was spacious and comfortable. We chose the property because we held a family reunion at Sunrise Beach. Other members stayed at other rentals, but this property was large enough to accommodate the entire family on a beautiful deck, filled with comfortable and sumptuous furniture. Sunrise on the deck was stunning. As an added benefit, this was my easiest rental transaction.

Birthday Celebration

My family has had a home at the lake for over 40 years. But we have 6 kids and one that’s married and one friend that came along so for the 9 of us we needed more space. I couldn’t imagine a better home than what we had discovered in this rental. It’s been updated beautifully with so much space for gathering. The game room was a huge hit and it’s located in a quiet cove as well with plenty of place to swim. And located just a few minutes from a major grocery store and not far from a local bar/restaurant that’s on the water. This one for sure will not disappoint.

Beautifully remodeled, A-Frame - Quiet Cove

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 6 adults. The pictures are very accurate on the website, but even more beautiful in person! The hosts have done an amazing job of remodeling this home. Perfect location (close to Frank & Louie's and Paradise Tropical (amazing views from this restaurant), as well as other great restaurants and groceries (Woods is just over a mile away). The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. We had access to life vests, kayaks, a pedal boat, swim ladder (a nice cove for floating around in the water; very calm), a game room, multiple TVs (for catching those games), lighted concrete patio with plenty of chairs, 2 living spaces, very nice decor, furniture, kitchen items, and the list goes on. This is definitely one of my favorite rentals. The only things to note for reviewers is the driveway is very steep with ruts, but taking it slow you shouldn't have an issue and the stairs in the main house are deep/steep (it's a workout, but fine for people without disabilities). You will not find better hosts either; very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Lovely, lovely home!
