Cozy family friendly lake home right on the water-amazing cove atmosphere

Enjoy the comforts of the lake with this 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home in Chimney Cove. Located at the 13MM in Sunrise Beach, Missouri.
All three bedrooms come equipped with queen size beds, TV’s and wifi. All have been newly painted. The main bathroom has been recently remodeled featuring a new shower, toilet and vanity. The master bathroom features a stackable washer/dryer combo.
The dining room table offers seating for six, with four additional seats available at the coffee bar in the kitchen. There is also an extra oversized seat with a single sofa bed located in the dining room.
The living room features a couch which also includes a queen sofa bed. There are also two bean bags in the living room for additional seating, where you can sit to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie on the large flatscreen TV. Off the dining room, exit through the sliding doors to the large deck with plenty of seating and a propane BBQ grill. Take advantage of the full kitchen featuring all your major appliances and everything you need to prepare snacks or meals. The kitchen is a brand new remodel.
Central heat and air have also been newly added!
The house is close to a gas station with most everything the regular store has. There is also a boat ramp nearby. Restaurants and shopping are right across the bridge just miles from our house.
Please enjoy our dock and lake front for water sports or just chilling in the water on the lily pad or other flotation device. There is a fire pit ready to make s'mores. You will need to purchase firewood and bring a lawn chair.
All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom will come with fresh sheets and towels.
