This hotel is grossly understaffed. My first night, the hotel restaurant was closed due to being short staffed. The next morning the hotel breakfast was no better. It was staffed by only 1 employee, who was really doing their best, and was put in an unfortunate situation by management. The hotel breakfast was a completely disaster. There was very very little food out in the buffet. The only hot food options must be ordered, which was not possible with such short staffing. Several guests were complaining about the lack of food. Finally, a manager came out to help, but by this point many of us had to leave for meetings, conferences, airport. If you have dietary restrictions the food at the hotel breakfast is extremely limited. I was surprised at the poor options at the breakfast, you'd get more variety at a Holiday Inn. While the hotel design is very new and modern, due to being short staffed the communal areas were dirty--especially the breakfast area. Also for a new hotel, the noise is surprisingly bad. I could hear noise from the room above me. If you open the window, there is very loud noise from the street. Also the AC in my room didn't work and they couldn't move my room the first night. If you arrive, check your AC immediately. The staff was very kind and courteous, but they need more staff. I was shocked at the difference between the looks of the hotel and the service in the on-site dining.

Staff were most personable and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. Hotel rooms are modern and comfortable. The onsite bar and pub style food is a very nice convenience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the onsite bar and food availability and menu options. As of my recent stay the days and hours of availability very limited.

Room and location are great. Bathroom and housekeeping service was terrible this time. Drain plug and handle to switch between the shower head and tub faucet did not work making the tub unusable. Used wet hand towels in the tub from the previous day were not removed. Guests in room above were noisy past midnight.

There is nothing extra. No real glasses, no microwave, no robe, no pool or hot tub, you pay for breakfast, pay for parking, pay for fast WiFi. Biggest complaint is the suffocating smell in the lobby, I have allergies and whatever chemical fragrance they are spraying made me so sick that I won't stay here again despite losing money on a non-refundable stay I had booked here in February. Also you have to use a key to use the elevator so getting Uber Eats was a major inconvenience compared to what it usually is.

This hotel charges $18/nite for parking. Not good. Also breakfast is $19 (served in lobby not restaurant) or a little less for small breakfast. Would have expected at least a continental type of breakfast included.

This is nice, new, and stylish hotel. My wife & I stayed 5 nights. If we had stayed one night, I would rate this higher. Or for a single person, this could be perfect. However, it wasn't ideal for us for 5 nights. We stayed in a king corner jr suite. When I think of a suite, I think of a separate living area with a sofa and coffee table, often a separate kitchen area with dining room table, maybe a work space. This had none of those. The room is a bedroom and a bathroom all in one room. By that I mean, there is no door to the bathroom. It's part of the bedroom. I could see into the shower and the toilet area from the bed. There is very little counter space. You can put your toiletries there, but then no place to put some food if you want to eat; nowhere really to work. There is a safe, and there is a refrigerator, but it is very small. There is no microwave. All guest share a single, small microwave in the lobby. There is a coffee maker, but no hot water kettle to boil water, not even in the lobby. Everything is in the open. There are no closet doors or drawers for clothes. There are a few hangers but they stack from the wall towards you (not horizontally like in a normal closet). Basically the design is cool gray and black, futuristic looking, etc. Looks just like the photos. Nice but not functional. Neither breakfast nor parking is free but parking was good (outside and garage). If you pay for parking, you can charge electric cars for free). Wifi is free and worked fine.

However, there seems to be some aspects of your stay which did not meet your expectation. You found the layout of your suite to be less than ideal for a longer stay and found some essential facilities inadequate. We understand your needs for a more practical room design, more storage space, and amenities like a microwave and hot water kettle. We are consistently reviewing and upgrading our facilities to better meet guest needs and will certainly take your comments into consideration. Great service
Very clean, conveniently located, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice change of pace to see actual customer service again. Look forward to staying next time we are in town.
