"They will give away your room. I showed up last night for my reservation which had already been charged to my credit card. The man behind the desk said "sorry, you didn't show up by 1am and it's 1:20am so we rebooked your rooms already". Mind you, I have my elderly father in a wheelchair behind me ..."
