Although I knew it was a lower-priced room, I was surprised that they didn't even provide hair conditioner. 3. The receptionist misspelled my name when checking me in at the kiosk. Only then did she agree to re-enter the correct name (the name on my passport), and she completed the check-in with a rather unfriendly attitude.
