"Had to wait to check in as the desk staff was away from front desk. My room had hot water in bathroom sink, but I had the shower going for 15 min. and never got any hot water. There was no rubber mat for the shower tub and the tub was slick.The complimentary breakfast was make your own waffle or toast, bagels or bite-size muffins were available. The orange juice and lemonade was not available. There were 3 yogurts in the refrigerator at 8am and I did get one of those. No eggs or breakfast meat. When I went to check out at 9am the desk person was somewhere else in the building, so I couldn't report that there was not hot water in shower. I finally just dropped my key in basket and left."

"Rooms were outdated. The bathroom/shower and bathroom sink were in separate rooms from each other, making it impossible for one guest not to wake up another guest. At night they had construction work on the floor above us which made it impossible for us to sleep. Who would do this to their guests? After mentioning this to the front desk she said she was sorry, but they have no control over the construction times. This is the reason for my negative review. "

"We had a lovely Tucson stay. The beds were comfortable, the town was safe, and close to local restaurants, the airport, Costco, and Walmart. The home was clean, cozy, and spacious. This house is fully stocked, and we LOVED that ! We liked that basic toiletries were provided and the snacks/waters/wine/K cups were a very nice gesture. They had fans which were great for our white noise sleeping family. Our whole family loved the pool and our son enjoyed the Xbox !!! They had many rooms to gather in, with comfortable seating. Communication from the host was prompt, the home was easy to find, and entry to the home was seamless with the code/keypad. We would absolutely return again. Great hosts! "

"Painted Feather is our favorite in Tucson! Every view is a postcard especially sunsets with Sombrero Peak. The hot tub 7 pool are relaxing. It has many sidewalks to walk on and many trails nearby to hike on. The home is comfortable and clean with many amenities provided."

"Juan was very helpful and quick to answer the few questions we had. The house was as described, had everything we needed, nice private back yard. Close to hiking and dining."

"Clean, spacious and sufficiently equipped. Filtered water dispenser would be nice, since sink water tastes like chlorine (to this traveler anyway ) and maybe an extra set of sheets just in case. Any privacy means for toilet area in master would make the huge bathroom more versatile when traveling with friends.All said, it was a peaceful stay and no true complaints. Thanks. "
