"Room was good size, outdated but clean. sheets and pillows were very comfortable! I brought my own pillow but used the hotel provided pillow instead. Ate dinner at the onsite restaurant "Ember" that opened one week ago- service and food were fantastic, highly recommend. Used the hot tub and sauna, both were great. Made marshmallows over the fire provided by the hotel. Very nice common areas and places to relax with friends throughout the hotel. Perfect ski in/ski out! Definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"This house was a 10/10 in every way! The setup was absolutely perfect, I think the extra details of beautiful mums and pumpkins to make it festive when u walk in was such a nice touch. . We especially loved the top deck with its beautiful view. The river was incredible—and our dogs were in heaven! I was super impressed with how clean everything was, especially for a pet-friendly home. We had a great memorable weekend . We definitely want to come back in the summer early fall again! One of my favorite VRBO’s !! "

"We had an excellent stay at the Farm House. It's proximity to Sunday River and the fall fest events was a welcome surprise. The property was perfect for our group of friends to hang out for the long weekend, with on-site activities and a responsive host who dropped off extra firewood for us."

"We had a great long weekend with family in Newry. There were six adults and one five-year old. We loved the layout of the home, each family had their own space. We enjoyed using the amenities (hot tub, pool table and yard games). Easy check in and home was clean, cute, and well stocked. I would recommend this place if Newry is your destination."
