Lake & Mountain Home - Walking distance to Sunapee Harbor
- This bright and sunny vacation home is perfect for hosting families and friends throughout the year. All furnishings new in 2022 and the location is a 1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor. The house includes an open first floor (kitchen/dining room/living room) with a deck overlooking the back yard. Additionally, the totally renovated walk out basement has a large living room and game area so your group has plenty of space to spread out.
You'll have passes to the local town beach, which has concessions, a playground, basketball court and paddleboards amd kayaks to sign out for free. Picnic tables, lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available at no cost.
1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor - evening band concerts, summer outdoor movies, dinner boat cruise, ice cream and local shops
5 miles to Mount Sunapee - ski in the winter and Adventure Park in the summer with a ropes course and mountain biking
10 miles to New London - shopping, restaurants, summer playhouse & Colby-Sawyer College
29 miles to Hanover - Dartmouth College, shops & restaurants
