"I thought I requested a one bedroom with a sofa, bed and extra bed linens and covers and I did not get that. I only got a one bedroom regular sofa that was the only discrepancy."

"Very nice and comfortable. Huge room. Easy to get extra pillows. Staff was welcoming and said hello often. Will definitely stay there again."

"The room was suppose to be cleaned every other day...did not happen! I cleaned up every day! Maids did not speak English. Staff was just okay. The morning I left the older white lady at the front desk said that I should have called down to get my room cleaned. Breakfast was the same thing every day! The hours sucked, 6a to 9:30a. Only one elevator working for most of my stay! Ridiculous!"

"I did not use the pool. The AC worked OK. But my wife is on a walker and at 3 o’clock in the morning she had to go to the bathroom so I helped her we heard a heavy dripping coming from the bathroom area. And when opening the door water was coming out of the event above the toilet. The floor was soaked of water, which I had to clean up with all the towels. And while we had to go to the bathroom, we had to put a towel over our heads so the dripping wouldn’t get on us. also, the hot and cold faucet to the sink was stripped so in the beginning, all we got was hot water. But fussing with it for a while finally got lukewarm water in the morning. The water was still coming out of the vent above the toilet we were were not able to shower and still had to use towels to cover our heads to go to the bathroom. We notified the the staff in the morning about the problem, and my thought was that they would be generous enough to refund our stay, but they didn’t seem too concerned at all. The manager just looked at it and said OK we’ll take care of it so we packed our stuff and left early . As I was leaving, I went to the front desk and told them we were checking out and the manager hand me one of his cards and said I hope you decide to stay here on your next trip. Thank you for coming. I don’t think that’s gonna happen."

"The area is nice, room is spacious. Cons: shower curtain is too high which caused water to spill to the floor- safety hazard. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom. No closet with hangers, but there were hangers in one of the dressers. The bed was too high for a 5"1 individual. Showerhead worked but sure could use a new one."

The apartment was peaceful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the property takes pride in cleanliness and guest experience.The amenities were a huge highlight. The pools were relaxing and well kept, with cabanas that made it feel like a resort. The small lakes around the property were perfect for peaceful walks and added such a calming atmosphere. The main lobby always had fun events going on, which made the community feel welcoming and lively.The location was extremely convenient being within walking distance to Walmart and Wawa for groceries, snacks, and quick meals. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay."
