This is a very centrally located hotel, where I usually stay when on business in the city. The choice (4-5 options) of breakfast is very good and always freshly served, good coffee, generally, nice staff. The only thing this hotel has to do is to inform Orbitz and it’s customers that the hotel charges additional tourist tax. Even though I am never a tourist in this place, they do not accept my business documents - the argument is that they ‘do not fit Ukrainian accountability system - and, regardless the fact that Orbits reservation said that I paid total amount to Orbits, I was required to pay local tourist tax to the hotel. It’s a small amount but still, the customers have to be informed.

It was such a horrible. We came and they couldn’t figure out that we already paid and they wanted us to pay again. Then they gave a room that smelled like people smoke there all the time. My sisters asthma started acting up. And they didn’t want to change our room. Then we asked for a different room and they made us pay extra to get 2 smaller rooms. This was just a bad experience
