"Preface this review with the fact that we are seasoned travelers that have never left a bad review. “lower your expectations and you won’t be disapointed” is our mantra. Beware, they scan your ID thru a machine every time you enter the casino (more than just an age check). Our friends from Tacoma receive two marketing calls a day later asking them to take part in surveys. Sheet ripped, I'm not even sure if it had been changed. Never had room service for breakfast before where they told me they didnt serve coffee and I would have to go downstairs for it. Room service staff do not come across as professional, rather teenagers with poor phone skills. "

"The room was quiet and comfortable despite the hotel being located very close to a major airport and on a major city thoroughfare. The decor was elegant and quite beautiful. Nice place."
