"We would stay here again very clean, updated and staff was resourceful and nice. Quiet and comfortable. The upstairs loft bedroom was quite warm no AC I would put someone upstair that doesnt mind warm and sleep in the downstair area with windows open."

"Great home in a great location. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and has high end appliances, the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, and even have the extra thoughtfulness of having a rug next to every bed so you don’t have to hit the cold floor with bare feet. The primary bedroom is plenty big enough for 2 dog beds on the floor with room left to walk around. The porch is great for grilling, watching the stars with the fire pit going, or just sitting around enjoying the mountain summer. The theatre room is great for movie watching, and very easy to use. We did have a challenge getting in. The batteries were going out on the electric keypad. It didn’t want to turn on, and when it did it would power back off immediately. There is a 24-hour emergency phone line, but it’s posted inside the house and not provided with the check in details, so if you arrive outside of business hours and can’t get in, you’re out of luck and won’t get a response through the app of the phone number contact you’ve got. After an hour of trying, we were finally able to get in, and to the host’s credit, they sent someone to repair it early the next morning, on a holiday even. It’s worth noting to travelers with a pet that there’s no access to the back yard from inside the house, so if your pet doesn’t like the doggy door, like mine didn’t, there no option for just letting them out, you will need to leash walk them each time. "

"Beautiful, well located property. Easy walk to town, dining and shopping. Friendly, accommodating staff! Lodge had many common areas to relax, read, hot tub, swim, play games, sit by the fire, etc. 1 bedroom condo was clean and well decorated. The beds and linens very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend Mountain thunder Lodge!"
