Our host was awesome and accommodating. The house is one of the nicest and cleanest homes we have stayed in. Can’t say enough of this place and the scenery. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available Really liked the openness and all the light from the windows. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Summertown.

The Sunhouse of dreams

The home was beautiful, clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with the appropriate dishes, pans and pantry staples that anyone would need. I also loved the decor, very well done. It was nice and quite and just what we needed.

Lovely place, better than expected. We arrived late evening in the dark and would have apprecuated more light at the entrance.

Grass needed cutting. Towels smelled sour. Bed mattresses uncomfortable. Garbage hadn't been taken out. Got wrong address from the start.

Very clean

The Sun House was very comfortable and super clean. The beds were spotless and comfortable which I was very thankful for. It was dark when we arrived and google maps took us just past the driveway so we were lost for a couple of minutes. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
