Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

The location is great, the staff very helpful. The room was clean and very spacious, a rare finding in NY. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby all day. We enjoyed a lot our stay, super recommended

The food from the adjacent Black Tap was fantastic! A highlight! The low lights were ice machine only on the second floor and the huge bug in my shower. (It was just once and they took care of it!)
