The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral.
Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks.

Unique Dadaist Hotel which we immediately loved. Right next to a shopping centre and easily accessible using the fabulous city tram system. Glad we chose to have breakfast because it was very good and saved having to run around after over-priced alternatives. Our room was a good size, clean and modern. Staff were all non intrusive but very polite at all times.
If we come to Zurich again I would certainly look first at the offers for The Home Hotel.
