"Rerented our room. Had to sleep in the car. Told us to request a refund only to deny said request. It was due to a late check in but their front desk was unreachable. Apparently they don’t get a lot of business because the weekend everything was sold out, they took advantage and were greedy. Very unprofessional."

"People at the front desk are so rude and don’t help at all. They were doing maintenance next door and it was extremely loud. I work nights, so I couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. The front desk and the manager did nothing to help, which is very frustrating when you’re paying for a place to stay."
