Oceanfront Home, Stunning Views, Sun Deck, Screened Porch, Walk to restaurants!

This charming beach house, recently updated with all new paint, door hardware, light fixtures, & all new mattresses as of May 2023, sits on a spacious ocean front lot that provides beach access from a brand new boardwalk constructed July 2024. This is the view you will see when you walk through the front door!!

Located less than two blocks away from your neighborhood restaurants and bars. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the private showers outside and enjoy the weather on your choice of porches! Dining room easily seats ten.

Open living area has a magnificent view and is great for entertaining. Step onto the screened-in porch or soak up the rays on the sun deck.

Downstairs has two bedrooms both with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Down the hall from these bedrooms is a kitchen, dinning room, and living room with fireplace (non-working) and flat screen TV. Off the living room and dinning room is a wonderful large screen porch with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a gas grill on the porch for those summer cookouts, outside the screen porch is a large sundeck.

On the second floor enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the upstairs porch. There are two master bedrooms located on this floor each with private baths and flat screen TVs, one of the masters has a love seat size sleeper sofa. Also located on this floor there is a bedroom that has 3 twin beds and a half bath located next to that bedroom. There is also a love seat size sleeper in this room.

The gas fireplace in the living room no longer is working & is for display purposes only.

We have the same families back every year to this home. Its is classic beach at its best and a great place for family memories!

Our family has vacationed on Sullivan’s Island for 6 generations and Pettigrew St. is always a mainstay with short, direct beach access and stunning views. We love this house with its large open kitchen and many bedrooms. We’ll be back next year!

Amazing location in a charming town

Our mother-and-daughter group of eight had a wonderful Sullivan’s Island visit and enjoyed staying here just steps from the beach and local restaurants. Plenty of space and comfortable. Great communication and responsiveness anytime we had questions leading up to and during our stay. Thank you!

Great spot!

What a great place! Right on the beach and right next to the beach access. Bedrooms were all spacious. Huge screened porch to hang in and from which you can see and hear the ocean. Such a relaxing place. Property management were very responsive. Easy walk into town for dinner, drinks, and shopping. Location could not be better. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

I had just lost my husband to cancer and we needed a place to relax and reset. The house was the perfect size with more than enough room for everyone. Large kitchen with everything we needed and the outdoor areas were incredible for morning and afternoon coffee. The neach access was easy to navigate and having our own entrance was convenient. Great place to take a family for a weekend or week.

The perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved our time spent at this home during our stay on Sullivan’s! The location was perfect, a less than 5 min walk to restaurants and park, and the house was even better in person than the pictures showed. The rooms were all very large, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge, enough seating to accommodate large families. We had all ages there, my husband and I, his parents, and our 3 children under 5, and everyone loved sitting out on the enclosed porch enjoying the view at all different times of day. We were there late May, and the weather was perfect! Heather was a great communicator throughout the process as well. We will definitely stay again when we go back to SI next year!

Perfect Beachfront Location for a Memorable Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at this property, Perfect Beachfront Location for a Memorable Family Vacation with plenty of space for all eight of us to unwind and enjoy a week of sun, sand, and exploration. The location couldn't be better—right on the beach and within walking distance to charming local restaurants. It also served as a great base for discovering the greater Charleston area. While the house may not be a modern showpiece, it more than makes up for it with its functionality and comfort. We appreciated the consistently hot showers, refreshing cold AC, and the thoughtful open floor plan that made gatherings easy. The screened porch and multiple decks were perfect spots to take in the breathtaking views and relax with a good book or a glass of wine. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located beach house that offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this property!

His first ocean

The grandchildren loved the beach; unfortunately the water was too cold. House was very nice; clean and in good condition. Outside deck showing the ravages of rust from the salt air. Layout a little odd and was not clear in the ad. Maybe afraid to include a floor plan. Implied some private baths which were actually across the hall. The convenient beach access was closed; should have mentioned that in the description - quite a hike to the next access point. Parking almost theoretical; very tight getting out. For the price it was stingy on supplies. Wife most upset with no salt or pepper.

Great Spot!

Really enjoyed our time in Sullivan's Island last week. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and near all the great restaurants. Tons of room in the house, very clean, lots of parking - would definitely stay again!

The house is fantastic as the location and view are fabulous! The house itself really needs to have updates. The carpet is really stained and looks gross, and the furniture has seen better days. We would love to stay there again once it has a bit of a refresh as it is a fabulous house and location and we had a great time.
