"We liked the friendly family atmosphere of the hotel. The dining areas were modern and the food was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help us with anything we needed...eg a missing towel in the room etc The transport to the beach was really easy and ran every 15 mins. There were always sun loungers available both at the pool and beach which made it very relaxed. We didnt like that we had to pay for water at mealtimes 4 euros for a small bottle 500mls) which is quite steep and all drinks were quite expensive. 7 euris for basic glass of rose wine. Our initial family room was dark with some mould around the bath but we were moved to a much nicer room when we were complained which was 2 rooms on split level which was qhat we thought we had booked originally anyway? It was 10 times better than the first room."

"Amazing!! The property is located very close to the embankment and the town centre. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was excellent. A huge shout out to the staffs who were very professional and shared a lot of suggestions! "

"There is no faulting the staff from housekeeping to management. Should a problem arise it is dealt with fairly & promptly & the English of the receptionist Rina(?) & manager is impeccable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Surroundings are beautiful. Pool area is spotless & pool beautifully inviting just like the promotional photos & lifeguards on hand. No problem with getting parasols & sunbeds both pool & beach. Would have been nice to have had somewhere with snacks during the day as you are limited to using the restaurants on site during fixed hours if you have no car & the food is pricey but not as good as expected. Breakfast buffet is, however, plentiful & with lot of choice & best peaches & nectarines ever tasted ! "

"The friendliness of all the staff was spot on. Lovely big clean rooms and a good clean pool area. Fantastic area. Town of Pula in walking distance and transport links via buses are good. Would recommended and would return. "

"Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. Having said that our stay was lovely. Also sometimes, particularly during breakfast, it felt quite unorganised. No plates, incorrect cutlery etc, no snp. Saying all that we would definitely return. The majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. The setting is beautiful and having access to a private beach is the icing on the cake. "
