Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Das Objekt könnte aber etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Der Außenbereich war ziemlich ungepflegt. Die Sitzecke im Garten war abgedeckt, sicherlich zum Schutz vor den hohen Bäumen und den Kiefernadeln. Die Hauptjalousie im Wohnbereich war kaputt und ließ sich nicht hochziehen. Es fehlten Weingläser und Kaffeetassen sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, die für mehrere Personen tauglich ist. Vorhanden war lediglich eine kleine Siebträgermaschine. Die Duschen wie auch die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist super. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurant waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Ferienhaus-Verwaltung bzw . der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war exzellent.
