Villa Orkula with heated pool

The beautiful villa Orkula is located in Debeljak, near the city of Zadar. Debeljak is a well-known tourist destination ideal for relaxation and a peaceful vacation. Sukošan is just 5 km away, where you can enjoy local food, explore the clear Adriatic Sea and swim in beautiful bays and beaches. There are a handful of beautiful beaches in Sukošan, of which the 'Dječji raj' beach stands out, and the other beaches of Sukošan are certainly recommended.

Villa Orkula was built in a rustic style in 2022 and offers 145 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is as much as 1,100 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. The property is built as a ground floor house that contains 3 bedrooms with double king size beds (180 x 200 cm) and their en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and 1 separate toilet. Two additional people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with 8 seats dining table. The ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with your favorite movies is the living room with a sofa and TV.

The outdoor terrace contains a heated pool measuring 32 m2 and 1.5 meters deep, next to which there are 6 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor dining table for a total of 8 people. Children will be especially delighted and entertained by the trampoline and table tennis table.

*The heated pool is available in May, September and October, while in June, July and August it is not needed due to higher air temperatures.

Villa Orkula is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of one pet for an additional fee of €15 per night. This fee is payable directly to the owner of the property upon arrival.

The villa is fully fenced and offers 5 private parking spaces.

You will find a supermarket nearby, while various restaurants and cafes can be found in Sukošan, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes.

In addition to the great beaches of Sukošan and a large and wide range of gastronomy and events, Sukošan offers you an interesting and diverse range of activities. It should also be mentioned here that Sukošan and the entire Zadar region are in an ideal location, as some of the famous national parks in Croatia, such as Plitvice Lakes National Park, Krka Waterfalls and Paklenica National Park, are easily accessible from here.

Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar and Biograd na moru. In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation 'Greetings to the Sun', walk through charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine. Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishing festivals, fairs of local products and specialties with tastings.
