Villa Miandri with heated pool

Located in the peaceful village of Debeljak, near Sukošan and only 4 km from the sea, this charming Dalmatian villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Surrounded by greenery and nature, and positioned as the last house in the street, it offers guests privacy and a tranquil atmosphere. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.



This brand-new stone villa is decorated in a warm Dalmatian style, where natural stone and wood create an authentic and cosy ambiance. On the upper floor there are four spacious bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with SAT/TV and air conditioning, as well as two modern bathrooms.



The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area and living room, with direct access to the terrace and the pool area. An additional bathroom is also located on this floor. Guests have access to free and secure parking.



The outdoor area offers a heated swimming pool of 32 m², a spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, and a large traditional Dalmatian tavern (konoba) with a fireplace, additional kitchen and toilet – a perfect place for social gatherings and evening dinners. The tavern is often the highlight of guests’ stay.



For additional fun, guests can enjoy a table tennis table, while younger guests have their own play area with a slide and swings.
