"Our ferry was postponed due to weather so we had an unexpected night in Santander. What a silver lining this turned out to be! Hotel Chiqui’s location is spot on, improved only by the excellent service we received from the very helpful staff - a huge shout out to Jeimy and Cristina in particular who were both lovely. All of the hotel’s rooms face the sea - we had booked a basic room, but were upgraded to one with a balcony. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, everything you need for a good stay. The breakfast, at 15€, was amazing. There was plenty of choice and it was good quality. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Santander. "

"Wonderfully quiet and comfortable hotel. Spacious room, huge bed, good pillows, exceptionally quiet despite being central. Lovely helpful staff. Superb breakfast buffet, nice bar. Secure underground parking. Well located for city centre and port. Will definitely use again if visiting Santander."
