"Wish there were more clear directions to use the coffee maker device… I gave up eventually. There were ants in the room including bed, bathroom and main area inside room. Never experienced ants all over the place. Reception Staff was very professional, respectful and pleasant."

The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. My rating reflects how well it met its own goals, not how it compares to high-end properties. For an affordable, well-located, comfortable place to stay, it was an excellent choice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Large room, small but functional kitchen. The hotel is walking distance from the train station; and right next to the main city mall and tram stop and had a great view of opera house and the University . We enjoyed it. The only issue is that the windows can not be opened, so we had to use the air conditioning even when sleeping."

"Helpful staff, clean and nice apartments. There's air con plus insuite washer/dryer in the kitchenette. Pool and sauna were great. They offer breakfast but we went out as the main platz and surrounding area is easily walkable with tons of options. Coffee Fellows across the street has great actual coffee not like the cafes with the automatic machines. Highly recommend"
