Rude Rude manager. Some rooms awful.

We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. Warning.dont book normal double room. They are horrible and on top floor with dormer window. Claustrophobic. Breakfast is poor. All ingredients cheap. Other than that hotel was ok.

Not again this hotel.

We got a room beside the elevator which we try to change but the reception told us rhat they don't have any other rooms. At night it was very koud from people coming in and loud from the kitchen downstairs until 2pm.

Very nice comfortable clean hotel

Could not fault the hotel. Very clean, room large and very clean. At breakfast there was plenty of choice. (continental) However, our room was at the front of the hotel and road was very noisy until about 1am. There was a lot of noise from people talking in the reception area, this I think was due to there being no doors from staircase to the corridors and also marble floors, so the noise was very echoey. Apart from these matters I would recommend it.

Cons: Doors to seperate staircase from room corridors

Location: Used as just a stopover
