I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Everything was top-notch.
• Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat.
• Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day.
• Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me.
• Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable.
Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.

As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great.
