We look forward to welcoming our guests to the “Karl Stülpner” holiday rental! The approximately 52-square-meter apartment is located on the upper floor and was completely renovated and modernised (combining traditional and modern elements) for you in the spring of 2026.
The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4
people. It features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sleeper sofa for two additional guests.

A modern kitchen with a dining area is available for you to enjoy cosy meals.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.
Bedding and towels are included in the rental price, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free from the very beginning.
The holiday apartments in the former Tippner Brewery are located in Stützengrün (Postcode 08328), right in the heart of the beautiful Ore Mountains. The region is known for its diverse natural scenery, traditional craftsmanship, and a wide range of recreational activities throughout the year.

Just a few minutes away is the Eibenstock Dam, one of Saxony’s largest drinking water reservoirs. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, hikes, and bike rides with magnificent views.

A special highlight is the Badegärten Eibenstock, a modern wellness and sauna complex with a spacious swimming area—ideal for relaxing in any weather.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the region offers numerous opportunities. The nearby Eibenstock ski area features slopes, a ski lift, and toboggan runs. Additionally, well-groomed cross-country ski trails are available in the surrounding area.

Even in summer, the region is a paradise for active holidaymakers: hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and nature experiences begin right at your doorstep.

You’ll also find restaurants, cafés, and shopping options in the surrounding area. Traditional Erzgebirge towns and attractions such as Schwarzenberg (about 15 minutes away) or Aue-Bad Schlema (about 20 minutes away) are perfect for day trips.
