"Schicke und geräumige Zimmer/Appartements im Anfang Juli 2025 neu eröffneten Haus. Die direkte Umgebung ist viel Baustelle und noch im Entstehen. Sehr gute, fußläufige Lage zum Cannstatter Wasen, Schleyerhalle, Porsche-Arena und Neckarstadion. "

"Don’t believe all the reviews on here, we had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Yes it’s a little dated but our room was exceptionally clean (maid service daily)
No air con but fans provided and no issues with WiFi in our room.

Location is central for everything, only a 20 min walk to train station and bus stop at the top of the road. Supermarket just next door. Area is lovely and peaceful and only a 29 min walk to the centre of Stuttgart. Would definitely stay again. "
