"Staff was fantastic and it is somewhat rare to find a German hotel with an elevator on the ground. Location was also fantastic, super close to the Christmas markets. However, the room was fairly small, with a fairly low bed. Additionally the room was not super clean."

"wonderful location just off the main pedestrian shopping street. Very close to subway. Easy check-in and I liked electronic key on my phone. Also, they provided not only shampoo and body wash, but also hair conditioner, which I appreciate a lot! I liked how it smells! Kitchen has enough plates and utensils for two people. My suggestion, however is to add corkscrew and bottle opener, they will come handy."
