"Surprisingly comfortable room with clean linens, in contrast to the drab outside appearance and neighborhood. Steady AC white noise enabled us to sleep well. Breakfast was minimal but on par with the cost. Nick's Catfish & BBQ was quite close and we enjoyed our meal there."

"So from the state of Dumas in general, the hotel was in stunning shape. The rooms had nice tvs, small coffee pots and housekeeping daily. I was shocked that they had daily housekeeping as many smaller places with affordable rooms like this tend to do it weekly. There was a small breakfast available between 6:30 and 9 which I was not expecting, but I enjoyed the limited offerings they had. 10/10 will stay here again when I come into town for work. The only complaint I had (which was not the owner/operator's fault) was that someone below me decided to have a party on one of my last nights there, and had music playing so loudly that it shook stuff on the desk in my room."

"Home fit all the needs to meet my children and collect the grandkids for the summer! Home was basic but clean and very spacious, we were able to all sleep comfortably and cook a family dinner instead of having to eat out! We will stay again with this being the half way point between Oklahoma and Alabama! Host was great and very accommodating by allowing us to check in early!"
