Room was modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful, with a small hob, microwave and fridge. The hotel was located very close to shops, restaurants and the Christmas markets were a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

Really well-placed for exploring Esslingen and close to transport to Stuttgart city and airport. The apartment was really comfortable and having kitchen facilities was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Esslingen hotel

Perfect location if you want to use the trains. You are 3 minutes from the station. Esslingen alone is worth to stay a few days. The online check in is a bit unusual but works flawlessly. If you have problems there is still somebody there to help you. Breakfast was great and in abundant.

The property is new and the staff is welcoming. There is no parking at the property, but there is a parking just around a corner for 12eur per day. close to the train station, supermarket at the ground level

Interesting set up... in good area

Difficult at first getting used to the codes for rooms, but then it became extremely convenient. The waters were a nice touch. We had 2 rooms, on different floors, and a long walk between. Rooms were generally too warm for me even with window split at top. One room had late night wild party next door. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Rating somewhere between 4 and 5.

New building, generally good service and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast, the one thing I didn’t like is that the wall are slim, therefore you will hear your neighbours if they talk, for example, at the phone.

This place was very pleasant. Obviously it was pretty new. The room and facilities within were excellent. Access was simple and efficient. Soundproofing was good. The room was well cooled with quiet AC. Check-out at 12pm was so helpful for us. And we were able to leave our bags there safely while we walked around beautiful Esslingen. There's a food supermarket in the same block which was great for breakfast and lunch. A large fridge and freezer was fantastic for beer and soft drinks. We would choose this place, without hesitation, for our next trip to Esslingen.

Spotless apartment, imperfect service

The best attributes were the location and the condition of the apartment. It was very close to the train and bus station, and everything in the apartment was brand new. However, there were two things that could have been improved. First, the blackout curtains didn't completely cover the window. Second, when they cleaned the apartment, they took all of the towels and didn't replace them. We called as soon as we returned that evening and had to wait more than an hour for someone to bring us towels. This meant missing a dinner reservation.

Good appartment with great location in Esslingen

Really good located, 5 min walk to the train station, supermarket, coffee and restarurants also walking distance. The parking lot Hbf is just behind with good day price, however not the best impression (from parking lot) The appartment we got would be better if the building has another entrance, was almos going around the building inside every time going in/out

Very nice rooms, almost brand new facility, wonderful location, 50 meters to pedestrian area of the city center. Entrance road a bit shabby but it’s just for being excessively meticulous.

The rooms were well furnish. Toilet amenties available for purchase. The check in process can be fully online, which is good. And something new. Access to rooms, are easy, and location is good. Near to station, and right below there is a supermarket. for groceries. I would recommend to stay here, location and the kitchenette is very good.

Nice apartment hotel

Long weekend to visit the excellent Esslingen Christmas market. The apartment was clean and well presented. Accessing the property is by a keypad and code on front door and the room door. Initially we had the wrong code, which is exasperating when one has travelled a long way and just need to get into a hotel room. There is a bar next door which is associated with GINN and is the breakfast room. Staff there were helpful in resolving the door code. After that all went well and we enjoyed our stay.

I reserved the room for 3 people. We received only 2 set of towels, 2 blankets, 2 pillows. The slat on the futton wss broken. The third guest had to find different accommodations to spend the night. I recommend the apartments for no more than 2 guests. They cannot accommodate 3. Staff in the lounge was a bit rude as well. The location is awesome though! Everything is within walkable distance.

My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great lcation.

Air conditioning was not working and the room was not private enough to have the window open. Surprised to find no coffee maker in the room, and no reception desk. We were also unsure of how clean the room was after finding a lot of crumbs near one side of the bed. On the plus side, the hotel was a good location, good price, had a kitchenette in the room, nice lounge and breakfast, and convenient check in, but we won’t be back due to our experience with the room.
