Horrible hotel, do not recommend.

The single worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was cold as all hell, and the heater barely worked. The room was also covered in tiles that retained the cold completely. The bed was clearly cheap, and not very comfortable, and I found a dried up contact lens from the former visitor in it. No 24 hour reception, barely and when I brought up the temperature of the room, I was met with a shrug and "give it some time"

Le bac de la Cabine de douche est réparée au mastic silicone noirci et cachée sous un tapis anti dérapant. Trop cher pour la qualité. L'accueil est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est bien.

La habitacion tenia aberturas hacia un patio interno solamente vidriadas y las cortinas destruidas. No presentaba ningun tipo de seguridad ni de privacidad. Al llegar no estaba nadie en la recepcion y tuve que hacer una llamada telefonica para que vinieran a recibirme. Cama sin sábanas. Francamente TERRIBLE.

Für 20€ pro Nacht wäre es ok.

Das Bad war winzig, sodass man schief 45 Grad auf der Toilette sitzen musste. Die Dusche ebenfalls so eng, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Das Bett sah aus als hätte Neurodermitis persönlich vorher drin geschlafen. Also entweder es war voller Hautschuppen und wurde nicht neu bezogen, oder es regnet Putz von der Decke. Im allgemeinen alles sehr beengt und schlecht beleuchtet.

Bad im Zimmer, durch eingezogene Halbwände getrennt. Dadurch auch muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Keinerlei Lüftung oder Klimatisierung. Das Fenster öffnet auf eine laute Straße, die auch nachts stark befahren ist. Bei der extremen Hitze wäre ein kleiner Ventilator eine Hilfe gewesen. So war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Vielleicht ist es im Winter erträglich, aber das werde ich nie testen.

No spa / sauna as stated in facility details. Room quite noisy during night, due to traffic right outside the window. Wifi not working firs evening, despite several calls first evening with promises of fix it swiftly, nothing was solved. Surprisingly No compensation, No cleaning on daily basis.

Not for the business traveler - HORRIBLE Internet

The staff was friendly enough when you saw them. They don't man the reception all of the time and the week I was there I only saw the staff a few times. I actually had to call when I arrived as there was no one there, it was raining, and I couldn't get into the hotel. Someone did arrive right away to open the door and check me in. I also found the housekeeper to be a bit aggressive, she never knocked before she tries to enter the room. The hotel was clean and safe and there is a small village which is a minute walk which was nice for restaurants. My biggest problem with the hotel was the internet connection. The signal is week and the speed is slow. At one point during my stay it was down for 2 days. As I was traveling for work, I needed to log in from the room but I was unable to due to the connection speed. Twice I had to take a taxi into the city to go to a Starbucks to work. I would not recommend this hotel for a business traveler nor will I stay here again. Not having reliable internet is always a deal breaker for me.
